The conditions for ordering Readbostu™ products, together with the shipping, returns, payment, privacy, and website-use policies.
Operator and scope
Readbostu™ and readbostu.com are operated by Shenzhen Danxi Technology Co., Ltd.. These terms govern purchases made through the store, subject to applicable law.
The terms work together with the Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment & Security, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, product information, and any specific offer terms presented at purchase.
Who may order
You must have the legal capacity required to enter the transaction or appropriate parent or guardian involvement where applicable. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information.
Do not place an order using another person’s account, payment method, or personal information without lawful authorization.
Order process and acceptance
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request but may not complete every verification step.
We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary for payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, obvious error, shipping restriction, or other lawful reason. Any required refund will be handled accordingly.
Descriptions and selected options
Review the actual product title, selected option, quantity, dimensions, materials, included items, care information, and any power or charging requirements before ordering.
Photos can include books, stationery, furniture, or decorative props for context. Only items identified as included in the selected product or package are part of the purchase.
Price, tax, and payment
The currency and checkout total identify the amount requested for the selected goods, delivery, discounts, and taxes or charges shown at checkout.
Payment approval can involve an authorization or pending entry before final settlement. Your financial provider may impose separate conversion or international-transaction charges. Review its rules if those charges affect your decision.
Shipping and fulfillment
Normal preparation is 2–4 business days, with up to 5 business days during peak periods. Standard U.S. transit is estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. The Shipping Policy provides the full conditions.
Multiple stock locations and separate parcels may be used. Estimates do not waive required delay notices, consent, cancellation, or refund obligations.
Delivery information and import requirements
Provide an address supported by the offered shipping service and notify us immediately of errors. Address corrections may no longer be possible once fulfillment begins.
Where an international destination is offered, review checkout information about taxes and import charges. Additional charges may apply where law permits and they are not included. No unsupported destination or service is promised by these terms.
Preference returns and refunds
A qualifying preference-return request must be made within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Authorization, condition, packaging, and cost rules are described in the Return & Refund Policy.
Approved returns have no restocking fee. Eligible refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to shorter mandatory deadlines. Payment-provider posting time is additional.
Problems with an order
Report a damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misdescribed item promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days. Give the order reference and relevant evidence obtained safely.
For a confirmed issue attributable to us, an appropriate remedy will address the problem without additional costs caused by our error. This preferred reporting period does not remove statutory or applicable warranty rights.
Changes and cancellation
Contact support immediately when you need a change or cancellation. We will attempt to help before fulfillment, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packing, or dispatch.
A successful cancellation before fulfillment has no cancellation fee. Separate legal cancellation and refund remedies continue to apply even if an operational change is no longer possible.
Offers and promotional codes
A promotion applies according to its displayed eligibility, dates, stock, products, value, and usage conditions. Confirm the deduction before paying.
Unless stated otherwise, codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be assumed combinable. A promotional price alone does not remove the return rights applicable to the item.
Product use and safety
Follow the product instructions for setup, dimensions, loading, stability, charging, cables, temperature, moisture, and operation where applicable. Do not use damaged powered items, exposed wiring, unstable furniture, or parts that have become unsafe.
Keep small parts, cords, detachable components, and powered accessories away from children when they could present a hazard. Product marketing does not replace supplied instructions or establish an unlisted safety certification.
Powered products and software
Where a product includes lighting, timing, charging, or other powered functions, performance can depend on the selected model, settings, power source, environment, and normal product tolerances.
Any independent software, service, or platform identified for a product can operate under separate terms. Review the information supplied for the particular model.
Bulk orders and representation
Contact us before a large wholesale or resale request so we can review stock, handling, and any additional requirements.
Buying goods does not authorize you to represent yourself as an official Readbostu™ distributor, agent, employee, or representative.
Ownership of protected content
Brand assets, original text, photography, graphics, and other protected materials belong to their respective owners and remain subject to intellectual-property law.
A purchase does not provide an unrestricted license to reproduce, resell, publish, or commercially exploit protected store content.
Reviews and submissions
If reviews, questions, or uploads are enabled, submit material that is accurate, lawful, relevant, and that you have permission to publish.
We may moderate or remove misleading, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or unrelated submissions, subject to applicable law.
Misuse of the store
Fraud, unauthorized payment use, malicious software, security interference, unauthorized access, impersonation, or unlawful collection of information is prohibited.
We may take proportionate and lawful action, including reviewing or canceling affected transactions or restricting misuse, while preserving mandatory customer rights.
External providers and disruption
Shopify and independent providers support checkout, payment, fulfillment, delivery, communications, and other functions. Those providers may operate under their own terms.
Events such as transport disruption, severe weather, infrastructure failure, provider outage, or governmental restriction may affect performance. Legal remedies and required notices continue to apply.
Warranties and responsibility
Express product warranties apply as stated for the model, and mandatory warranties and consumer protections continue to apply where required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability, responsibility, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Law and dispute resolution
These terms are interpreted subject to the mandatory law applicable to the transaction. Customers may have rights in the place where they live that cannot be displaced by a contractual choice.
Before starting a formal dispute, contact support with the order details and requested outcome so the matter can be reviewed where appropriate.
Severability and waiver
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
A delay in enforcement or assistance with a particular case does not automatically waive a term for later situations.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable to an order when placed generally govern that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
Material changes are applied subject to applicable notice and consumer-protection requirements.
